【摘要】目的 探索献血者出现献血反应的诱因、心理变化及相应的护理对策。方法 通过献血反应的原因分析，采取有效的护理措施，防止献血反应的发生。结果 发生献血反应1例,经及时治疗和护理未发生不良后果。结论 改变服务态度、提高采血人员的素质、营造温馨舒适的献血环境、积极进行健康教育是减少献血反应的重要措施。

    1 Case of Blood Donation Reaction and Nursing ZHENG Ying.(Huaibei Blood Center，Huaibei 235000，China)

    【Abstract】Objective To explore inducement of blood donation response, Psychological changes and Care Measures. Methods We analyzed the reasons for blood donation reaction and toke effective Care measures and prevented the occurrence of blood donation reaction.Results 1 case occurred blood donation response, It was no adverse consequences after treatment and care in a timely manner.Conclusion It was an important measure which reduced blood donation response that we changed service attitude and advanced the quality of staff with warm environment for blood donation and actively health education.
