【摘要】张仲景《伤寒论杂病论》是我国第一部理、法、方、药完备,理论联系实际的临床著作,更为后世中医学的辨证论治的思维模式奠定了基础。《伤寒论》中对于“咽痛”这一症状有所论治,在少阴病篇有较为详细的叙述,而在其余几个章节中亦分别稍有论述,但为数不多。因此,在经过稍微综合的整理和对比,分析出仲景对于治疗“咽痛”这一症状,运用不同的理、法、方、药;望能从中稍加体会和归纳出张仲景《伤寒论》中同病异治的辨治思想和方法。

    From the Treatment of“Pharyngodynia”to discuss the Theory of the“same disease with different treatment”in Zhongjing's“Shang Han Lun”.LIN Pei-Li.(2007 Master at Zhenjiang Chinese Medical University, Hangzhou, Zhejiang 310053,China)

    【Abstract】The book of “Shang Han Za Bing Lun” is the first one to dissertate and apply the theory, medicine and prescription of the clinical work in our country. Also,it establish the foundation of the treatment upon syndrome differentiation for posterity. There are some different prescriptions of“pharyngodynia”in the “Shang Han Lun”,especially in the Shaoyin synderome. And there are also a little pages of“pharyngodynia”in the other synderome in the“Shang Han Lun”. After comparison and comprehensive collation,I analyze the different treatment of theory, medicine and prescription and generalize a conclusion the way of how did Zhong Jing used the“Same Disease Different Treatments”from the“pharyngodynia”disease. ......
