摘要 目的：探讨BiPAP无创呼吸机治疗COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的临床疗效。方法：43例病人随机分为两组。在常规治疗基础上，治疗组(23例)采用BiPAP无创呼吸机通气治疗；对照组(20例)予呼吸兴奋剂治疗。对两组病人的呼吸、心率、氧饱和度及血气变化进行比较。结果：治疗组经BiPAP无创呼吸机治疗后病人呼吸、心率、氧饱和度及血气分析等指标改善明显优于对照组(p<0.01)。结论：BiPAP无创呼吸机治疗COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭疗效显著。掌握好适应证，选择合适的通气模式和参数，是治疗成功的关键。

    Abstract Objective : To discuss BiPAP noninvasive respiratory machine curative effect on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) with Ⅱ type respiratory failure. Methods : 43 patients were divided into experimental group (23 patients) and control group (20 patients) randomly.The patients were dealt with general treatment,In experimental group, in addition to BiPAP noninvasive respiratory machine. Results : In experimental group, the patients ' RR、HR、SaO2 and arterial blood gases improved significantly. The difference between them was significant (p<0.01). Conclusions : The curative effect of BiPAP noninvasive respiratory machine on COPD with Ⅱ type respiratory failure was obvious. To grasp adaptation well, to select suitable ventilation mode and data were the key to cure success. ......
