摘 要 2003年起，泗塘社区卫生服务中心(前体为：泗塘地段医院)就与美国凯乐特基金会、百花研究会、上海复旦大学社会发展与公共政策学院联手调查老年人问题。我们惊奇地发现40多年前闻名上海的工人新村张庙一条街竟然存在老人孤独现象。在缓解社区内老人问题的实践中，志愿者“伙伴式”干预模式有其独特的创新性和可推广性。

    Abstract From 2003, Sitang Community Health Service Center together with the W.K.Kellogg Foundation, the Wildflowers Institute, the Social Development and Public Policy Institute of Fudan University survey the seniors of this community. We find that more than 40 years ago, Zhangmiao is a famous Shanghai-workers community, but now, this community is in existence lonely Phenomenon. In the practice of mitigating the problems of the seniors of this community, the volumteers partnership interference pattern is specially innovative and promotional.
