摘要 进入临床教学阶段，学生普遍重视临床知识和临床技能的学习，往往对生命伦理问题缺乏深遂的理解和思考。带教老师应重视医学生生命伦理观的构建，将有利、尊重、公正三大原则有意识的穿插在临床教学中讲解，并应用这些原则解决临床实际问题，从理性层面提高他们的医德水平。

    Abstract In the process of clinical medical education, the students pay much attention to the medical knowledge and skills while the bioethics is usually ignored. The tutors should consciously emphasize the three basic principles of bioethics, which are Nonmaleficence/Beneficence, Respect and Equity, during the daily teaching. These principles should also be applied to solve actual cases.
