摘 要 以患者为中心，开展药学监护，为服务对象提供优质的药学服务，是药学工作的重点所在，药学服务是一个全新的、先进的服务形式，开展“由药师主导的，以病人为中心”的药学服务是医院药师的工作目标所在。本文针对医院药师药学服务的工作开展和服务质量的现状，对医院药学工作重心的改变以及医院药师在药学服务中不可替代的作用进行综述。医院药学工作模式的转型对提升医院药师的地位，创造更大的社会价值具有深远的影响。

    Abstract Centering on the patient, developing pharmaceutical care and providing high-quality pharmaceutical care constitute the focal point of pharmaceutical work. As a brand new and advanced form of service, pharmaceutical care is also the goal of pharmacists' work which is to develop the pharmaceutical care with the pharmacist playing the guiding role while giving full priority to patients. In light of the current situation of the development of pharmaceutical care and its service quality, this article touches generally on the shift of the focus of hospital pharmaceutical work. The transformation of the mode of hospital pharmaceutical work will have a profound influence on promoting the status of hospital pharmacists and create greater social values.
