摘要目的：探讨何首乌提取物对动物的抗衰老作用。方法：以小鼠为实验材料，测定心、脑组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性，过氧化脂质(LPO)和脂褐素含量。结果：何首乌提取物能明显提高SOD活性(p<0.01)，有效降低脂褐素和脂质过氧化物含量(p<0.01)。结论：何首乌提取物具有明显的抗衰延寿作用。

    ABSTRACTObjective：To find out the effect of anti-decrepitude of extract ofPolygonum multiflorum Thunb.(PmT).Methods：We looks on mice as the experiment material, to determine the activity of superoxide dismutage(SOD), contents of lipofuscin and LPO in heart and brain tissues.Results：Extract ofPolygonum multiflorum Thunb.(PmT) could increase the activity of superoxide dismutage(SOD) (p<0.01), decreased the content of lipid peroxide(LPO) and lipofuscin. in heart and brain tissues (p<0.01). Conclusion：Extract ofPolygonum multiflorum Thunb.(PmT) have effect of post poning decrepit obviously.
