低生糖指数食物对2型糖尿病患者餐后血糖的影响

     摘要目的:探讨低生糖指数(LGI)食物对2型糖尿病餐后血糖的影响。方法:将26例餐后2小时血糖(PG2h)>8.0mmol/L的2型糖尿病患者,按交叉配对原理,先后给与处理A:LGI饮食、处理B:拜唐苹(50-100mg tid),分别比较处理前后、处理之间的PG2h、糖化血清蛋白(GSP)差异。结果:处理A、处理B与处理前的PG2h、GSP差异均有显著性(p <0.01),处理A与处理B的PG2h、GSP差异均无统计学意义(p>0.05)。结论:LGI可明显改善2型糖尿病的餐后血糖,其疗效虽不优于拜唐苹,但较拜唐苹有明显经济优势。

    Abstractobjective: To study the effect of Low-Glycemic Index (LGI) food to2 hourblood sugar after meal (PG2h) in type-2 diabetics(T2DM). Method: Abide by the principle of cross-match, give 26 T2DM patients, whose PG2h exceed 8.0 mmol/L, with the treatment A: LGI diet and treatment B: Glucobay (50-100mg tid) in succession respectively. Comparing the PG2h、Glycosylated serum protein(GSP)of treatment A 、treatment B and pretreatment with each other respectively. Result: The different of PG2h、GSP in A and B have significance to pretreatment respectively(p <0.01), there is not statistically significant between A and B of PG2h、GSP(p>0.05).Conclusion: LGI diet can reduce postprandial blood sugar in T2DM obviously. Although there has no advantage in therapeutic effect, but have economic advantages compared with Glucobay. ......
