摘 要 目的：探讨前置胎盘期待治疗指征及方法，预后及终止妊娠指征。方法：回顾分析前置胎盘患者资料。结果：53例期待治疗后延长孕周，无孕产妇死亡，新生儿死亡率5.66%。结论：在保证孕妇安全前提下，期待治疗提高了新生儿存活率。

    Abstract Discusses :the pretage placenta to anticipate the treatment refers drafts and the method, the prognosis and the termination pregnancy refers drafts.Method: Review analysis pretage placenta patient material.Finally: 53 examples after anticipated the treatment the extension is pregnant the week, the non-pregnant woman died, neonatal mortality rate 5.66%.Conclusion: In guaranteed under the pregnant woman safety premise, anticipated the treatment enhanced the newborn survival percentage.
