摘 要 目的：探讨白细胞计数在短时间内变化异常的原因。方法：在室温15℃，连续监测WBC、中性粒细胞数的变化。结果：患者的外周血中性粒细胞依赖于温度。结论：作为一名现代化的护士不仅仅要完成好医生的医嘱、护理好每一位病人，而且要对临床上难以解释的问题进行细心观察，认真分析。通过合作，研究发现罕见现象的本质。
