摘 要目的：观察转移因子治疗艾滋病合并肺结核的临床疗效。方法：将100例艾滋病合并肺结核患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，对照组给予正规抗结核治疗，治疗组加服转移因子口服液；观察两组治疗前后白细胞(WBC)指标、CD4+值水平的变化以及临床症状好转情况。结果：治疗组总有效率94%，对照组总有效率72%，两组总有效率对比差异有统计学意义(x2=8.57, P<0.05)。治疗组平均CD4+T淋巴细胞上升189个/μl，对照组平均CD4+T淋巴细胞上升71个/μl，治疗组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(t =11.6, P<0.05)。治疗组治疗前后白细胞值比较差异有统计学意义(t =57.91, P<0.05)。对照组治疗前后白细胞值比较差异无统计学意义(t =1.06, P>0.05)。结论：转移因子治疗艾滋病合并肺结核有明显疗效。

    AbstractObjective：To observe the clinical efficacy of transfer factor oral solution in treatment of AIDS complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods：100 patients with AIDS complicated by pulmonary tuberculosis were divided into treatment group and control group randomly. The control group was given the treatment with regular anti-tuberculosis drug and the treatment group was given transfer factor oral solution in addition. We observe the allaxis in the numbers of leukocyte and CD4+Cell and the change in symptom before and after treatment. Results： The total effective percentage of treatment group was 94%. The total effective percentage of control group was 72%. There was statistical significance between the effective percentages of two groups (x2=8.57, p<0.05). There was statistical significance in the different growth of CD4+ cell between two groups (t=11.6, p<0.05). There was statistical significance between the numbers of leukocyte before and after treatment (t=57.91, p<0.05). There wasn’t statistical significance between the numbers of CD4+ cells before and after treatment (t=1.06, p>0.05). Conclusions：The curative effect of transfer factor oral solution in treatment of AIDS complicated by pulmonary tuberculosis is remarkable. ......
