摘 要目的：了解临床护理不安全因素现状，进一步发现问题，探讨防范对策。方法：对我院101名护理人员进行问卷调查，包括安全护理教育规章制度知晓现状，临床护理中主要存在的不安全因素等。结果：我院护理不安全因素现状不尽人意。结论：消除不安全因素，切实做到为患者提供放心、满意的优质护理服务。

    Abstractto understand the purpose of clinical care insecurity situation, identify problems and further explore preventive measures. Methods 101 nursing staff to conduct a survey, including safety rules and regulations to know the status of nursing education and clinical care in the presence of the main factors of insecurity, and so on. The results of our hospital care insecurity unsatisfactory status quo. Conclusion on the Elimination of insecurity, and make sure that for patients at ease, satisfied with the quality of care.
