摘 要目的：探讨强直性脊柱炎的临床观察和护理要点。方法：对我院2007年至2008年收治的42例强直性脊柱炎的患者进行临床观察和护理，主要包括：心理指导、健康教育、饮食和体育锻练指导；正确运用治疗原则，注意药物的不良反应。定期门诊复查。结果：通过对42例强直性脊柱炎患者的密切观察和系统护理，有效地延缓了强直性脊柱炎患者的病情发展，提高了患者的生活质量。结论：通过对强直性脊柱炎患者的护理，加强人们对强直性脊柱炎患者的了解有助于该病的早期诊断，减少治疗的难度和复杂性，降低致残率。使病人认识正确的行为和运动疗法的重要性，如戒烟，注意卧、坐、行、立姿势等，以保证即使脊柱发生僵直，也能保持最佳功能位置。促进患者的生活质量。
