摘 要目的:对比三种后牙充填材料的临床疗效。方法:选择150颗后牙Ⅱ类洞患牙,随机分成3组,每组50人,分别以超钻树脂、银汞合金、银粉玻璃离子充填,观察3年后的临床疗效。结果:修复3年后,超钻树脂成功率为98%,银汞合金成功率为90%,银粉玻璃离子成功率为70%,其结果有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:超钻树脂与传统的银汞合金和银粉玻璃离子相比,更适合后牙窝洞的充填。

    AbstractObjective:To compare the clinical effect of three kinds of molar restoration materials.Methods:Choose 150 molars with Ⅱcavity ,and divided them into 3 teams randomly ,with 50 molars per team.Restored cavities with Solitaire2 composite resin,sliver-reinforced glass ionomer,and silver amalgam respectively,observe the clinical effect after 3 years.Results:After 3 years,the successful rate of Solitaire2 composite resin restorations is 98% , of silver amalgam is 90%,and is 70% in sliver-reinforced glass ionomer restorations,the difference among them has statistical significans.Conclusion:Compared with sliver-reinforced glass ionomer and silver amalgam, Solitaire2 composite resin is the most befitting to molar cavities. ......
