摘 要脑梗塞是脑血管常见病,吞咽障碍是其常见的并发症。吞咽困难可造成营养成份摄入不足,易出现吸入性肺炎、窒息、甚至生命危险,同时易引起患者悲观失望的心理,致使患者自我生存信心下降,影响疾病整个治疗过程。本文通过近年来相关脑梗塞患者吞咽障碍的早期康复护理的探讨, 对脑梗塞患者早期康复的意义,吞咽障碍功能评价标准,康复训练的时机,心理护理及吞咽功能康复训练的方法予以总结。
