摘 要目的:利用多普勒彩超探讨老年糖尿病患者颈动脉结构和功能的改变。方法:应用彩色多普勒超声对47例糖尿病老年患者及48例非糖尿病老年人检测颈动脉结构和功能的改变。结果:糖尿病患者的颈总动脉内径较对照组扩大,颈动脉内膜中层厚度增厚,斑块形成率增多。结论:颈动脉IMT厚度与斑块形成率是DM合并大血管病变的重要超声标识。

    AbstractObjective: To envaluate the change of construction and function for carotid artery in diabetic elderly by Color Doppler Ultrasound. Methods: The carotid artery in 47 cases diabetic elderly and 48 cases without diabetic elderly were detected by the Color Doppler Ultrasound. Results: The CADIA increased significantly in the group of diabetes mellitus compared with the control group and the mural atherornatous plaque was also detected in the diabetes mellitus group. Conclusion: As a harmless and effective approach the Color Doppler Ultrasound can detect the changing of the intimal-medial thickness of the carotid artery at early stage and determine the presence of atherosclerosis.Thus it shows clinical prominence.
