摘 要生物芯片技术是近几年来发展起来的一种高通量、快速和高度并行性、微量化和自动化等特点的分析技术。目前已成为研究生命本质及疾病发生发展规律的重要手段。本文对生物芯片技术的基本概念、分类、特点、基本原理及其在部分疾病研究中的应用进行回顾。
