摘 要目的:观察血栓通对糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗效果,探讨治疗时的护理方法。方发 对50例糖尿病周围神经病变患者均给予血栓通10ml加入0.9%氯化钠注射液250ml静脉输注,1次/天,10天为1个疗程。治疗期间严密观察患者的症状、生命体征及用药不良反应。出现不良反应时及时对症处理。结果:治疗2个疗程总有效率为94%。结论:用药过程中,用药的护理及观察是保证血栓通治疗顺利完成的关键。

    AbstractObjective: To observe the effect of Xueshuan Tong used as a medicine treatment for diabeticperipheral neuropathy and investigate methods of nursing during the treatment.Methods:Each of 50 patients was given Xueshuan Tong and 0.9% NaCL 250ml intravenous injection,1 time injection per day,time of therapy were 10 days. Observing patients's symptoms,vital signs and adverse reactions and giving correspond treatments.Results:The effective power was 94% after 20 days treatment. Conclusions:Nursing and observation of patients was very important for the treatments by Xueshuan Tong.
