摘要目的：了解骨科手术病人心理反应等级，为做好心理护理提供依据。方法：应用手术病人心理反应等级评估量表，对36例骨科手术病人进行心理反应等级评估。结果：心理反应为2级25人(69.44%)，女性病人心理反应总分高于男性(P<0.01)；术前情绪状态和进手术时前心理反应因性别不同差异有极显著性(P〈0.01〉；腰椎间盘髓核摘除术病人心理反应总分高于一般骨外伤手术病人，差异有显著性(P<0.05〉。结论：骨科手术病人心理反应不可忽视，积极开展心理护理，指导病人做好术前心理准备由为重要。
