摘 要目的：观察舒喘灵治疗小儿上呼吸道感染后气道高反应性所致咳嗽的治疗效果。方法：将96例门诊急性上呼吸道感染后咳嗽患儿按照挂号奇偶号随机分为舒喘灵组和对照组。舒喘灵组每8小时口服一次舒喘灵，连续4-8天；对照组仅予止咳，祛痰治疗一周。结果：舒喘灵组显效率及有效率明显高于对照组，同时缩短病程。结论：舒喘灵治疗小儿上呼吸道感染后咳嗽效果好，无副反应，值得推广。
