摘要目的：分析临床护理活动过程中常见的护理安全问题。方法：从护理人员、管理者、病员等三个方面进行分析，找出常见的不安全因素，并提出防范措施。结果：增强安全意识后，护理安全问题受到大家的重视。结论：只有人人参与管理，实现真正的安全护理，最终提高护理质量。

    Abstract Objective：For analyzing common security issues in the process of clinical nursing activities. Methods： Find common unsafe elements and propose preventing measures through analyzing the 3 aspects of nurses, administrators and patients.Results： So that everyone pays great attention to the security issues of nursing care. Conclusions：In order to realize safe nursing and upgrade nursing quality, everyone should take part in the administration.
