摘 要 本文介绍1例高危妊娠伴脾破裂的患者，经我院及时抢救，精心护理，母子均平安。其护理应注意护理诊断、术前护理及术后早期功能锻炼、出院指导以及各阶段心理护理等，以减轻患者恐惧焦虑情绪，增加治疗信心，提高护理质量。

    Abstracts This article has introduced one case high-risk pregnancy with lienic rupture. She was saving with her baby under our timely saving and careful nursing in our hospital. About its nursing, we should pay attention to their nursing diagnosis, nursing before the operation, the early function exercises after the operation，the early function exercises after the operation and the guiding when being out of hospital. These can reduce their fright, worry and also can strengthen their hope of accepting treatment and improve the quality of nursing.
