摘 要 目的：总结人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)携带者剖宫产的手术防护及术后处理要点。方法： 根据HIV携带者 剖宫产患者手术及疾病特点，讨论执行严格的手术防护及术后处理。结果：手术顺利进行，参与手术的医护人员未发生职业暴露。结论：合理的手术防护及术后处理是避免手术室医护人员职业感染的有效方法。

    AbstractObjective：To build up the experiences of operative protection and post-operative management in earing HIV- infected patients who underwent caesarean birth.Methods：From HIV-infected patients underwent uterine-incision delivery， and the effective operative protection and postoperative management were discussed. Results： The operation WaS Successful，and no occupational exposures occurred in medical staff.Conclusion：The HIV is not eontraindieation to surgery.The reasonable operative protection and po stoperative management were effective to prevent HIV infection in ope rative theater.
