摘 要目的:探讨大剂型达克宁栓在治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病中的疗效,从而找出一种较好的更适合患者的治疗方法。方法:将225例患者随机分为两组,治疗组用1.2克达克宁栓剂1次,对照组用0.2克达克宁栓剂7次。结果:两组在用药的依从性方面,治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。近期治愈率、有效率及远期治愈率、有效率无明显差异。 结论:大剂型达克宁栓治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病方法简单,效果可靠,依从性好,值得临床推广。

    AbstractObjective: To study the effect of the large dosage form Aflorin suppository on vulvovaginal candidiasis(VVC)to find out a better way for the patient. Methods:225 patients were divided into two groups randomly:treatment group were treated with 1.2g Aflorin suppository one time, control group were treated with 0.2g Aflorin suppository seven times. Results:treatment group is obviously higherthan control group in the compliance(P<0.05). There was no difference between the two groups in short-term cure and efficiency rate, long-term cure and efficiencyrate. Conclusion:the large dosage form Aflorin suppository on vulvovaginal candidiasis(VVC)is a simple method, reliable effect, good compliance,and it is valuable to be generalized in clinic. ......
