摘 要目的:调查职业危害对急诊护士的影响程度,并制订有效可行的对策,提高急诊护士的自我防护能力。方法:采用问卷调查法。结果:心理社会危害因素对急诊护士的影响最大占38.4%,其次是体力性因素占19.8%、职业暴露因素占17.4%、化学性因素占15.2%,生物性因素占9.2%。结论:通过职业危害对急诊护士影响的调查分析,使急诊护士认识到工作中安全防护措施的重要性,减少不良因素对身体健康的危害。

    AbstractObjective: To study the effects of occupational hazards in Emergency department nurses, and develop an effective and feasible measures to improve self-defense capability.Methods:Use of questionnaire survey.Results: The most important impact is Psycho-social hazards factors (38.4%) to the health of Emergency department nurses, Followed by physical factors (19.8%), the third is Occupational exposure factors (17.4%), the forth is Chemical factors (15.2%), the last is Biological factors (9.2%).Conclusion: Our study made Emergency department nurses to recognize the importance of safety precautions and reduce the adverse factors on the health hazards
