摘 要介绍了老年痴呆家庭照料者负担及其影响因素,主要从照料者自身因素、病人因素、经济压力、生活质量等方面进行了综述。

    老年痴呆是一种以进行性认知障碍和记忆力损害为主要临床表现的中枢神经系统的退行性疾病[1]。随着人类期望寿命的延长,人口老龄化已成为当今社会的主要特点和问题,预测至2025年我国60岁及以上老人将达到2.5亿,占总人口的20.3%[2],而其中将有1009万为老年性痴呆(Alzheimer Disease,AD)患者[3],由于我国照顾老人及痴呆患者的医疗保健措施缺乏,家庭直系亲属(如子女、配偶)是AD患者的照顾主体[4],故关注老年痴呆照料者势在必行,现就老年痴呆家庭照料者的负担及其影响因素作一综述 ......
