    【摘要】十多年来，我国医院数字化建设有了很大发展。以福州总医院为例，首先是实施了功能齐全的管理信息系统，特别是基于一卡通预交金、门诊后台及自动摆药系统的就诊模式，彻底改变了传统的就医流程，病人的就医流程得到优化; 其次是建成了完整的临床信息系统，譬如: 临床医生工作站、移动医护工作站、LIS、PACS、心电、手术麻醉和重症监护等，为医护人员提供了非常便利的工作平台; 再次，辅助决策和全成本核算系统的推行全面提升了医院的管理水平。
