【摘要】目的 为了解深圳市部分医院洁净手术室的洁净效果，以便强化管理和保障洁净效率。 方法 采用现场检测方法,对6所综合医院新建和改建的45间洁净手术室及其23间辅助用房洁净效果进行了调查。 结果 所检测的洁净手术室主要控制参数沉降菌浓度、尘埃粒子数合格率分别为100%，97.8%，静压差和相对湿度合格率偏低，仅为68.9%和66.7%；洁净辅助用房的主要控制参数沉降菌浓度、尘埃粒子数合格率为100%，但静压差和相对湿度合格率也偏低,仅为69.6%和78.3%。 结论 深圳市部分新建、改建的洁净手术室主要控制参数沉降菌浓度、尘埃粒子数合格率高，但静压差、相对湿度合格率较低，洁净手术室的硬件建设和管理仍需改进。

    【Abstract】Shenzhen City in order to understand the cleansing effect of the hospital operating room in order to strengthen the management and protection of clean efficiency. Using field testing method, six general hospitals in 45 new and renovated operating rooms and 23 assisted clean space clean effects were investigated.
