【摘 要】该文从信息化教育的角度出发,对医疗卫生教育信息化实训基地的功能、信息化实验教学课题设计要求、实训基地信息化管理等问题进行了探讨。对卫生部全国医疗卫生信息技术培训与认证管理中心和上海思博学院卫生技术与护理学院联合创建的"全国医疗卫生信息技术培训基地"进行研究,提出建立实训基地管理信息系统,实现实训基地的信息化管理;在此基础上,提出构建一个"模拟数字化医院(实训基地)"的方案,并对"模拟数字化医院(实训基地)"的设计与实现作了具体的阐述。
