【摘 要】目的,阐述设计和建设净化手术室的设计方案以及设施设备的技术要求。方法根据手术室的具体面积,应用药物制剂车间设计原理和《医院洁净手术部建筑技术规范》进行设计和建设。设计好医务人员、患者、患者污物及病理组织、药品和医用材料的出入流程,做到洁污分明,互不交叉。结果，整个系统装置完全符合技术和操作要求。结论，搞好手术室的设计与建设工作,有利于减少手术患者感染,应在医院现代化建设中推广应用。

    【Abstract】Purpose, this paper expounds the design and construction of the operating room design scheme and purification equipment technical requirements. Methods according to the operating room of the specific area, using drugs preparation workshop design principle and the hospital clean operating department building technology standard of design and construction.Design good medical personnel, patients, patients dirt and pathology organization, drugs and medical materials in and out of the process, do clean and clear, and mutual cross. The results, the whole system device fully comply with technology and operation requirements.Conclusion, do well the design and construction of the operating room, help reduce the surgery patients infection, should be in hospital modernization in application.
