【摘 要】 在实施医院监理业务过程中，为了更好地为做好监理工作，体现差异化服务和专业化水平，回归监理从业价值，五洲管理大胆进行监理管理模式的创新，在做好传统监理工作的同时，在时间跨度及服务内容向项目管理进行延伸，获得了政府主管部门及同行们的高度认可，同时也赢得了业主更高的满意度。
