【摘 要】 随着医院的快速发展、医院规模的扩张、医疗业务的开展,固定资产、药品、医用耗材、物资等不断消耗,其价值逐渐转移到医疗成本中去。由于物资材料属于低值易耗品,具有种类繁多、需求量大、更换频繁等特点,其管理水平直接影响医院的经济收益和成本支出。采取有效措施,加强对物资采购工作的宏观管理,有效控制并降低采购成本,确保采购质量,充分保证医院及各部门正常有效运转。
