医院后勤管理与后勤队伍建设的思考

     【摘要】医院后勤服务是医院的支持保障系统,服务涉及面广,渗透到医疗活动的各个方面,医院后勤管理是医院管理的重要组成部分,后勤队伍建设越来越成为医院管理的核心内容,在医院管理中和实践中不仅可以优化医院后勤管理,提高后勤工作的效益和效率,加强后勤队伍建设,对整个医院的发展具有十分重要的意义。本文深入分析医院后勤服务行业存在的问题,从后勤职工的思想建设、业务技能、服务意识、服务项目拓宽等方面加强后勤队伍建设。医院后勤管理是医院管理的重要组成部分,随着国家医疗卫生事业的进步而得到发展,已由经验型、事务型的业务工作转向集约管理型、理论型、实用型的专门学科。提高后勤工作的效益和效率,加强后勤队伍建设,对整个医院的发展具有十分重要的意义。
