浅谈医院档案管理工作的创新

    引 言

    当前，随着社会主义市场经济的发展及目前正在进行的医疗卫生体制改革和社会医疗保险制度的改革，医院档案管理工作也步入了一个新的阶段。当前，准确把握新时期医院发展的特点，加强医院档案管理，是医院档案实行现代化管理的根本任务。
