医院基建工程项目进度管理(1)
【摘 要】医院基建工程项目进度管理是整个工程项目建设的关键环节，是工程项目按照合同工期要求竣工的需要，也是保证医院基建工程项目取得预期效益的重要前提。本文通过分析医院基建工程项目进度管理的特点及进度延误的原因，指出制订合理的进度管理目标的重要性，并给出了加强各方面的进度管理办法，可供参考。
