医院建筑工程施工管理的要点探讨
【摘 要】改革开放经济的飞速发展，医院作为公共资源的越来越成为城市建设焦点。医院的建设工作作为建筑工程中的一部分，该如何在建筑过程中注重理念设计，规范医院建筑施工的流程，保障工程进度及工程质量同时，降低工程成本。本文着重对医院工程施工管理的进度控制及工程施工质量等问题进行探讨，医院建筑工程管理中常见的问题进行分析及提出相关的解决措施。
