【摘 要】医疗设备是医院开展诊疗活动的物资基础和必备条件，医疗设备的管理是医院财务管理的重要组成部分，规范医疗设备管理、提高设备的使用效率是现代医院良性运转的必然要求。本文对医疗设备管理中存在的问题进行了简单的阐述，提出了改进医疗设备管理的措施，从而有利于促进医院的良性循环，提高经济效益和社会效益。
