【摘 要】近几年，由于各级政府对医疗保健事业的重视，医院基本建设投资日益增多，若医院基本建设管理不善，既对医院的管理带来不利影响。有会给医院带来经济损失。笔者结合在基本建设管理方面的实践经验，总结了当前医院基本建设项目的总体发展趋势和特点，阐述了加强基建项目经济管理的重要性及现实意义，并根据本人所在医院的特点及作者参与基建管理工作的体会，提出了医院的基本建设管理中的几个问题和基本建设实施中几点对策。
