【摘要】目的：探讨保温干预在腹部手术患者中的护理效果，以及对患者生命体征的影响。方法：将100例腹部手术的患者采用随机数字的方法，分成观察组和对照组各50例，观察组采用保温干预措施，对照组采用传统的护理方法，比较两组患者生命体征的变化和护理效果。结果：观察组护理效果明显好于对照组，如心率、体温的变化和寒战发生率等，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：保温干预可以有效预防腹部手术患者术中低体温发生、稳定血压和心率，提高手术安全性，值得临床推广应用。
