【摘要】目的 了解微创血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法 对81例高血压脑出血采用YL-1型血肿粉碎穿刺针，在CT定位下行血肿靶点穿刺，经抽吸、粉碎、冲洗、液化、引流等治疗。结果术后随访6个月，按照ADL疗效评定标准：死亡12例，I级12例，II级15例，III级19例，IV级14例，V级9例。结论 采用YL-1型血肿粉碎穿刺针清除脑血肿，患者创伤小，操作简便、准确、能较快速清除血肿，降低脑内感染机会，为高血压脑出血的治疗开辟了一新的途径。
