【摘要】 目的：了解医院住院患者医院感染现患情况。加强医院感染管理。方法：采用现况调查的方法，对日住院患者进行医院感染现患率调查。结果：调查当日医院发生医院感染47例，医院感染现患率为3.99%，感染部位以下呼吸道感染为主，重症监护病房和内科患者为感染较多科室，医院感染的主要危险因素为侵入性操作，不合理使用抗生素，免疫抑制剂应用等。结论：医院感染现患率调查，提高病原学送检率，加强监管合理使用抗生素，为预防和控制医院感染提供可靠依据。

【Abstract】Purpose Realize the infection conditions of in-patient department in our hospital. Enhance the infection management in hospital.Methods By inventory surveys, find out the prevalence rate of infection in hospital among daily patients of in-patient department.Results There are 47 cases of infection in our hospital daily, with prevalence rate coming to 3.99%. The major infections occur in lower respiratory tract and the cases mainly come from ICU and internal medicine department. The main risk factors of infection are invasive operations, irrationally using of antibiotics, applications of immunosuppressive agents and so on.Conclusions By investigating of prevalence rate of infection in hospital, it could improve the submitting rate of etiology, enhance the management of antibiotics using and provide the reliable bases of prevention and manipulation of infections.

医院感染横断面调查，是当今医院用来调查医院感染流行病学采用的方法，2009年8月5日进行医院现患率调查，现将结果报告如下。
1对象与方法
1.1调查对象
调查当日所有住院患者，包括当日出院、死亡、转科患者，但不包括当日入院患者。
1.2调查方法
调查人员由感染管理科和各临床科室医院感染监控医生、护士组成，根据确定的日期、时间、统一培训分组进行调查工作，采取床旁调查和查阅住院病例相结合的形式，并结合查阅抗菌药物使用情况及检验结果，逐一填写个案调查表。然后汇总统计分析。
1.3诊断标准
按照卫生部颁布的《医院感染诊断标准》。
2结果
2.1医院感染
本次调查住院患者1184例，实查1178例，当日全院住院患者发生医院感染47例，感染率为3.99%，感染率最高为重症监护室。见表1。
2.2医院感染部位情况
医院感染以下呼吸道为主，占了44.68%。其次是上呼吸道感染，胃肠道感染及泌尿道感染。见表2。
2.3医院感染病原菌分布调查共检出病原菌41株，检出阳性致病菌37株，其中铜绿假单孢菌、大肠埃希菌、阴沟肠杆菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、不动杆菌、变形杆菌等革兰氏阴性菌25株。占67.57% ......
