【摘要】 目的：观察中西医结合治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析本院自2007 年3 月至2010 年3月应用中西医结合疗法治疗急性胰腺炎60 例， 并与同期单纯接受西医保守治疗的58 例急性胰腺炎患者作对照。结果：中西医结合组总有效率91.7%，西医组76.0%，两组总有效率比较，P<0.05。结论：中西医结合疗法治疗急性胰腺炎效果优于单纯西医疗法。

    Treatment of 60 Cases of Acute Pancreatitis by Combination of Chinese and Western Medicine

    【Abstract】Objective: To observe the effect of Combination of Chinese and Western Medicine in treating Acute Pancreatitis. Methods: Treatment of 60 Cases of Acute Pancreatitis by Combination of Chinese and Western Medicine March 2007-March 2010 were analyzed retrospectively and compared with the pure accept western medicine conservative treatment of 58 cases of acute pancreatitis patients as control group.Results: Itcwm group total effectiveness is 91.7%, western medicine group 76.0%, two group total effectiveness comparison, P < 0.05.Conclusion: Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of acute pancreatitis effect is better than pure western medicine therapy. ......
