【摘要】目的：观察米索前列醇联合倍美力在绝经妇女取宫内节育器中的效果。方法：选择取宫内节育器的绝经妇女112例，随机平均分成两组：A组为观察组，B组为对照组。A组给予倍美力片0.625mg，1次/d，连服7天，手术当天术前阴道后穹窿放置米索前列醇200ug。B组仅用米索前列醇，用法同A。观察两组取器时宫口软化程度以及取器效果。结果：两组宫口软化程度、取器结果有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论：米索前列醇联合倍美力应用于绝经后妇女的取宫内节育器手术，是一种简单、安全、有效的方法，值得临床推广。
