【摘要】目的：深入分析综合性医院当中普通外科的工作环境、高风险的氛围、超负荷的工作量，导致护士出现的心理变化，并由此而产生巨大的心理压力。方法：在日常护理管理工作中进行细致观察，注意和普通外科护士交往过程中对方所流露出来负面情绪，针对护士工作中存在的主动服务意识不够的问题，采取正面灌输与激励的方法，强化护理人员教育。结果：通过采取有针对性的应对措施，能够有效提高普通外科护士对这一职业压力的适应能力，从而调整好心态，积极维护自身心理健康。结论：针对影响普通外科护理人员心理压力的因素展开讨论，并实施一些促进护士缓解心理压力的措施，具有良好的效果。
