【摘要】目的：探讨减轻产妇自然分娩疼痛，提高产妇及家属的满意度有效的助产方法。方法：926例单胎头位初产妇随机分为观察组463例实施“一对一”陪护助产，对照组463例在传统助产模式下分娩，观察比较两组产妇分娩疼痛及产妇满意度情况。结果：观察组对初产妇实施一对一陪护助产减轻了分娩疼痛，产妇及家属的满意度100%，对照组满意度为87.5%。与对照组相比有显著性差异( P<0.01) 。结论：“一对一”陪护助产增强了助产士的主动服务意识，提高了产妇及家属的满意度，密切医患关系。显著提高了产科质量及管理水平,保障了母婴安全,提高了出生人口素质，值得推广。
