脾氨肽辅助治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效观察(1)

【摘要】 目的：探讨脾氨钛辅助治疗小儿咳嗽变异性的临床疗效。方法：选取我院2008年9月~2010年10月收治的120例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者的临床资料，随机分为治疗组(60例)和对照组(60例)，对照组患者采用抗感染、吸氧、激素、口服氨茶碱和白三烯受体拮抗剂(顺尔宁)等基础治疗，治疗组患者在基础治疗的基础上加用脾氨钛口服冻干液口服，每天睡觉前服1支，5d后，两日1支，连续治疗2个月，比较两组患儿咳嗽等临床症状改善情况和IgG水平改善情况。结果：用药2个月之后，治疗组患者显效41例，有效17例，无效2例，总有效率96.67%，对照组患者显效36例，有效15例，无效9例，总有效率85%，治疗组患者疗效优于对照组患者，两组患者疗效比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。两组患儿IgA水平差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论：对于咳嗽变异性哮喘患者在基础治疗的基础上脾氨钛口服冻干液， 可有效改善患者的临床症状，值得在临床推广。

【Abstract】Objective To investigate the adjuvant treatment of splenic ammonia titanium children with cough variant clinical efficacy.
