【摘要】 随着我国人民生活水平的不断提高，脑血管病的发病率呈逐年增高趋势，且发病急骤、病情危重，是人类死亡及致残的主要原因之一。对脑血管患者进行及时有效系统的护理是减少并发症和死亡率的关键，经过在医院十余月的临床实习及参考教材现讨论如下。
