【摘要】 目的：为贯彻落实卫生行业标准《医院感染监测规范》(WS/T312-2009)，了解医院感染的发生情况与影响因素，制定医院内感染控制切实可行的有效措施，提高医务人员的医院感染控制意识。 方法：采用翻阅病历和床边调查相结合的方法，将所有参与调查病人的相关资料进行登记、统计、分析。 结果：应调查住院患者958例，实际调查958例，实查率100%，医院感染现患率3.24%，医院感染病例病原学送检率45.2%，住院患者抗菌素使用率48.2%。结论：医院感染现患率调查全面、有效，短期内了解我院医院内感染的现状，根据结果有针对性的开展目标性监测，规范抗生素的合理使用，降低医院内感染的发生。

医院感染现患率调查是指在特定的时间段内对某一特定人群的医院感染分布情况进行调查,并对医院感染与某些变量之间的关系进行分析研究。通过现患率调查,可了解和掌握医院感染情况,分析医院感染相关的危险因素,指导临床主动采取有效的干预措施,提高医务人员的医院感染控制意识[1]。为贯彻落实卫生行业标准《医院感染监测规范》，了解本院医院感染的实际情况，我院于2010年10月21日日对所有住院患者进行了医院感染现患率调查,现将结果报告如下：
1对象与方法
1.1调查对象
10月20日0至24点期间所有的住院病人，包括当日出院、转科、死亡的病人，但不包括新入院的病人。
1.2调查方法
采用查阅病历和床边询问、体检相结合的方法，调查人员填写统一的调查表，技术指导小组检查核对后收集至医院感染管理办公室，由专职人员采用EXCEL表格进行统计分析。所有调查在21日一天内完成。
1.3诊断标准
按照卫生部2001 年颁发的《医院感染诊断标准》进行诊断，如有诊断疑问,小组讨论后决定。
2结果
2.1医院感染现患率
本次应调查住院病人958人次，实际调查958人次，实查率100%，符合卫生部要求(>90%)。发生医院感染31例、31例次，医院感染现患率为3.24%，例次医院感染现患率3.24%。其中感染率高的前三位依次是ICU 1例(25%)，肿瘤科8例(13.79%)，心血管内科4例(7.14%)。见表1。
