【摘要】 高等职业教育是培养生产服务的应用型高技能人才，因此人才培养方案必须适应行业岗位的需求。为了充分地了解中药行业各职业岗位需求与高职人才培养之间的关系，本文通过开展对本地区中药行业岗位需求的调研，与专业人才培养目标进行对比分析，以提高高职中药专业人才培养质量。

    【Abstract】Cultivating practical talents with advanced skills for the lines of manufacturing and service should be the target of higher vocational education. And the program of cultivating must adapt to the requirements of job positions. In order to fully understand the relationship between job requirements and talents cultivation in Chinese medicine business and improve education quality, this essay investigates the position requirements in local Chinese medicine business and analyses them with current cultivating target.
