【摘要】本文阐述了血小板制剂的分类、血小板输注适应症及用法。在临床应用中应该根据患者的具体情况选择恰当的血小板制剂，严格按照血小板的适应症给予临床输注，掌握剂量与用法，注重疗效观察，以取得良好的止血效果。

    【Abstract】This article clearly spelled out the category of the platelet and the indications and usage of platelet transfusion.
